IT Support Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for installation, evaluation, and improvement of computer, software and network system development
  • Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
  • Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
  • Resolving IT support requests from staff / customer
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
  • Analyze staff / customer needs, identify vulnerabilities in IT system then implement solution
  • Implement applications, software update and upgrade as needed
  • Train employees / customers in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed
  • Troubleshoot any IT hardware, software and IT equipments related issues

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Having 3 years experience in same field
  • Having bachelor’s degree in Information Technology major
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with linux OS operations (such as: standard linux commands (ls, cp, mv), ssh, cron)
  • Familiar with networking basics (such as: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, routing, firewall)
  • Familiar with Windows OS administrations and troubleshooting (such as: Event Viewer, Device Manager)
  • Familiar with the concept of virtualization
  • Having knowledge on programming language is advantageous
  • Having experiences on IT hardware is advantageous
  • Having knowledge on shell scripting or iptables is advantageous
  • Having knowledge on mikrotik is advantageous
  • Having knowledge on powershell is advantageous
  • Having knowledge on VM/docker operation is advantageous
